Olivia & Matthew's Farnham wedding featured in 'Your Surrey Wedding' magazine Your Surrey Wedding - February/March 2026 (Issue 117)

Olivia came to visit us at May & Grace back in January 2025.

Olivia knew that she wanted a 'timeless' dress 'more striking in its shape and silhouette than decoration'.

Our Mikaella 2308 ticked all of the boxes with its close fitting crepe sleeves 3/4 length with covered buttons at the wrist. The organza full skirt with pockets and a long train. High bateaux neckline and buttons all the way down the back. Elegant, understated and timeless. Perfect in every way.

Olivia - 'I couldn't have been happier with my dress. My husband loved it too when he finally got to see it. The seamstress alterations were also excellent - especially the bow-like bustle!'

The big date was set, 11th October 2025, with The Bush hotel setting the scene.

“As I grew up in Farnham, it was lovely to get married in my hometown, and have the ceremony at the local Parish Church,” explains Olivia. “However, as Matt is from Northern Ireland, it was important that we chose a venue where all our guests could stay, and that had good transport links. The Bush was absolutely ideal for this, as well as being a beautiful backdrop for our day.”

"Matt loved my dress when he saw it for the first time as I walked down the aisle!” Matt looked dapper in a navy Donegal tweed suit from Moss Hire, matching the groomsmen, while the bridesmaids complemented the wedding party in dusty blue.

We love Olivia's fun touches to the day, to welcome guests, there was an arrival drinks reception including a ‘Peroni and Prosecco station’, accompanied by canapés; followed by a three course wedding breakfast, wedding cake, and light bites later in the evening to fuel the dancing guests.
