At May & Grace, we want to make you smile and create moments of happiness, however, if you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery. All tags must still be attached, intact and product in perfect condition.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Any items that have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way
Any toiletries or similar items
Any personal items sold (like earrings, pillowcases or underwear) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
To Return An Item:
Please do not send returns back to us without a returns code you must please contact us by using one of the methods above within 14 days of receiving your goods.
For Non-faulty Goods
All you pay is the postage of returning your items to us. Items remain your responsibility until they have been signed for at the returns address. We, unfortunately, cannot accept responsibility for parcels which are lost or damaged in the post. All tags must still be attached, intact and product in perfect condition.
For Faulty Goods
If one of the items you have ordered is faulty, you have 14 days to return it to us. Please report any items which have been damaged in transit to email@example.com or call +44 (0) 1428 288012 within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos of the damage where necessary. We unfortunately won’t be able to issue a refund if the deadline for reporting damages to us has passed and we haven’t been notified.
When we have received your returns, we will issue you a refund within 14 days (or as quickly as we possibly can). We will refund you to the original method you used. Once your refund has been processed, it can take 3 – 5 working days to clear through your bank.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
